CLINICAL APPROACH

I bring over 20 years of experience working with trauma survivors, folks using substances and in recovery, and LGBTQIA identified folks in individual and community contexts. In a clinical context, I practice Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (level 2 trained) and a blend of Feminist and Cultural Relational Psychotherapies with adult clients who have experienced trauma, integrating mindfulness, attention to how trauma lives in the body, and an anti-oppressive framework throughout.
